Natballers Terms and Conditions of Participation
Thank you for booking with Natballers for a training session, program, or clinic.
Before finalising your booking, please carefully read and confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms of participation:
Acknowledgement of Risks

You acknowledge that by participating in the training session, program, or clinic, there are inherent risks involved. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injuries such as sprains, strains, collisions, falls, or other injuries resulting from engaging in physical activities with others, including running, throwing balls, and playing netball. By participating, you accept and assume all risks associated with the session, program, or clinic.
Limitation of Liability

Natballers and all associated entities, employees, and volunteers will not be held liable for any accident, injury, damage, loss, negligence, breach of duty, or breach of any express or implied terms or warranties in connection with the training session, program, or clinic, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Release of Liability
​
To the extent allowed by law (including the Civil Liability Act 2003 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015), you release Natballers and all associated persons and entities from any claim, demand, or cause of action arising from your participation in the training session, program, or clinic. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the session, program, or clinic.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natballers, its employees, volunteers, and associated entities from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by any party resulting from your actions, omissions, or participation in the training session, program, or clinic.
Medical Consent
​
You consent to the disclosure of any relevant medical history or condition to individuals who, in the opinion of Natballers, require such information to ensure your safe participation in the training session, program, or clinic. You will be informed each time such a disclosure is made. You also consent to any reasonable medical treatment, including first aid, that may be deemed necessary in the event of an injury or medical emergency during the session, program, or clinic.
Media Release and Promotional Activities

I grant Natballers full permission to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and other media of the athlete attending the clinic for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natballers website, social media platforms, and digital marketing materials
- Printed promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures
- Newsletters, advertisements, and public relations efforts
If you do not wish to participate in such media activities, please inform us in writing prior to the session.
Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors

If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian completing this form, you agree to these terms and conditions for your child’s participation, including the acknowledgment of all risks, release of liability, and indemnification as outlined above.
Governing Law
​
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement.

- I am participating in the training session, program, or clinic at my own risk, and I agree to the terms outlined above.
- I am the parent or guardian of the child who will be participating in the training session, program, or clinic. I understand they are participating at their own risk, and I agree to the terms on their behalf.
